Michael Lochead, Senior Vice President of World Wide Support Services
Michael Lochead is senior vice president, world wide support services, responsible for the global support and premium services business. Michael took over the support function in 2006 and has steadily increased the level of support and customer satisfaction to be best in class. He spearheaded the roll-out of the Ingres Service Network version 1.0 and added support for third party products including Jaspersoft, GoldenGate, and rPath.
Prior to Ingres, Michael held several management positions at Oracle. He was most recently responsible for the strategic business planning and operations group for Oracle’s Support and On Demand organizations, and developed comprehensive financial, business, and operative plans. Michael developed and executed the plan to streamline and optimize global sales and delivery operations, dramatically increasing profit margins, while at the same time improving customer service levels and satisfaction.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Saint Lawrence University
