Diane Rigatuso, Vice President of Human Resources
Diane Rigatuso is vice president of human resources at Ingres. Diane is responsible for global Human Resource services and operations. One of Diane’s key areas of strength is her ability to partner with Executive leadership regarding their growth and day-to-day business operations. Diane provides strategic human resource planning, direction and building of various programs to enable the company to meet its growth objectives. Diane is also responsible to ensure the company hires, develops and retains the best and brightest employees globally.
Prior to joining Ingres, Diane was director of human resources at Oracle where she oversaw global human resource operations and services for a variety of organizations. Diane’s focus was not only providing global HR support but also create talent management programs which support the business objectives. Diane has held leadership positions at several technology companies such as Internet Picture Corporation, Red Brick Systems, and Synergy Computer Graphics where she has always put an emphasis on professional development and talent management.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Massachusetts with an added concentration in Psychology. She has also served as a Human Resource Advisor for a number of bay area start-up companies.
