- Knowledge Transfer: Ingres Support Engineers will provide key information to help you plan and execute your Ingres upgrade.
- Upgrade Tools and Resources: Pointers to valuable information resources, such as the Ingres Migration Guide, and assistance with Ingres upgrade tools, including upgradedb.
- Focused assistance for upgrade-related issues: Ingres will help you address and resolve any technical issues experienced during your upgrade testing cycles.
